ProSorata.org

We heard about ProSorata.org through the friend of a friend. This worthy organization relieve suffering by providing access to medical care for impoverished women and children living in Sorata, Bolivia and surrounding pueblos. They found that when women didn't have adequate health care, the entire family and community suffered.

They help women and children in these remote communities travel to places large enough to support medical clinics where they can receive medical help. Often this means providing transportation, providing translators to help explain medical information, assisting people to apply for financial support for medical services and in some cases actually paying for medical procedures themselves.

The partners at Outsight worked with the ProSorata team, donating our time, to create a new logo for them, create a blog to share their stories, helped them to secure hosting and assisted them in setting up the ability to accept online donations.
