FootJoy Product Development Portal

Developing a shoe for inclusion in the FootJoy line of products is a complex process involving many groups across the globe. Previously, much of the process was conducted via email. The FootJoy product development team wanted to replace this manual, email process with a central, online repository to allow all team members access to view the current samples for their lines as well as be able browse other available lines.

Outsight created a Product Development Portal. In addition to being an online image repository, this application tracks vital information concerning the Styles throughout the process. It maintains a history of updates and sends automatic emails to relevant team members when new images are posted or notes are added ensuring that all members of the team are up-to-date at all times.
