Web Developer

We are looking for an individual with experience in some or most of the following technologies:

C# ASP.NET
HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript
Flash, Actionscript
Web Services
SQL
Microsoft Server technologies
Web analytics

But there is so much more to a potential team member than a simple list of technologies. We are looking for the right person for our team. At Outsight we enjoy both a high-level of collaboration and a high-level of personal responsibility. We are looking for people who would describe themselves as:

Creative troubleshooters and problem solvers – we expect our team members to not just bring up problems when they hit them, but to learn to anticipate them before they happen, present different options for over-coming them and be able to speak intelligently about the pro’s and con’s of each direction.

Strong collaborators - understanding that often the best solution is the one that we come up with together, we are looking for people who are comfortable coming up with and sharing ideas, both within our domains of expertise and outside of them.

Personally responsible – with our clients and with each other, we do not play “hot potato”. We each assume that the problem is on our end until such time that we find it is on another’s and then we give them the results of our investigation to give them a leg up on fixing it.

Able to get things done – as a member of a small team, each of us is a single point of failure. We need people who can get things done.
