Project Management: The Project Manager is the primary point of contact. The Project Manager defines the business requirements and scope of the project, plans and schedules execution, facilitates client and team communication and otherwise ensures delivery, on time and on budget.

Information Architecture: In the Information Architecture phase, we work with project stakeholders to turn the business requirements into a blueprint for the project at hand. The deliverables will be determined by the specific project needs. Deliverables from the Information architecture phase can include such things as:; Site Maps; Wireframes/Paper Prototypes (Page Models); Workflows/Use Cases (Process Models); Object Model/Schema (Data Models)

Design: Based on the Information Architecture, we will begin with a brainstorm and research session to discern the best creative messaging and graphical user interface approach. The visual design process will begin with creating two to three concepts. The purpose of these concepts is to present a possible look and feel as well as define the primary navigational elements. Once you have decided on a design direction, we will continue to drill down into the site and create the design templates for the other page types.
